I ordered the Philly steak and that was pretty tasty! The calzone however was not good at all or worth the money! 90% dough and 10% meat! All I can taste was dough and sausage! If you stuff it correctly, you would taste all the ingredients listed! I even opened it up to see how much meat and cheese was stuffed inside, very disappointing!

Told my order would be here in a hour . Almost 2hours later still no food , called was told it was almost here , another 30mins and still no food. Called store again my food is at the store there was a mix up with numbers after it was said and confirmed multiple Times. Now they wanna send out my cold food damn near 3 hours later. Do better!

A few years ago this place consistently made good pizza. Since the decline in food quality I have given them chance after chance with hopes the pizza would return to the fresh, hot pizza they made before. But not again. Tonight is the last time I order from Marcos. The time before was not good at all, but I ate about half the pizza and didn’t complain. This time I couldn’t eat a whole slice. I left home in the middle of the night and returned the pizza for a refund. I was verbally attacked by three overweight women with bad hygiene who someone thought they could blame me for the bad pizza they made. After listing to them rant with each other and on the phone trying to find someone who could tell them how to do a refund, I finally got my money back. I will never eat at Marcos again after this experience.

I order a Caesar salad with my pizza today and as I was eating the salad it didn’t taste good so I seen a pink sticker on the package and the salad was 3 days old . Look at the packaging before eating your salad .

Wouldn’t offer the delivery service to not one person. I ordered pizza and wings at around 9:45PM and the store closes at 11PM. At 11:20 I called the college park road store in Ladson asking for the status of my order, and the employee proceeded to inform me that the so called delivery person attempted delivery but didn’t get a answer…. Remind you, I prepaid for my food, plus had my HOUSE front door opened awaiting my delivery. I proceeded to tell the employee by phone that the driver was untruthful as my front door was wide open, again awaiting the delivery (after 11PM). The employee stated “either way we are closed and will not be able to deliver the order”… Beyond unacceptable and to say the least, I will never order from this incompetent location again!
