My sister ordered a dozen of donuts & sweet tea online for pick up inside. Got home with the donuts and it was not what I ordered. Donuts are stale and the one donut has a finger or a thumb whole in it. Called the number and told them about. Said they were going to call me back but never did. I don’t recommend getting donuts from DD in Bechtelsville, PA.

Site says open until 7:30. So I get there just after 7 to pick up a drink I had ordered on the app so I called and they said they were closed and that it would be hard to do a refund at the time but that they would take care of me so now I have to go back tomorrow and see if I can actually get the refund or just get the same drink I had ordered tonight but not have to pay a 2nd time. Hoping they will help me and that I can just get the drink. Also there was no sign on the door with the hours.

The drink on the right is from the Dunkin on route 100 in Fogelsville. My lattes look and taste just like an iced coffee. I went to another Dunkin and ordered the exact drink-iced latte with oatmilk. The one on the left is an actual latte while the right is watered down coffee with a splash of oatmilk. Super annoying to be charged for a latte and given an iced coffee.

The Heist
After waiting 5 minutes for service and checking out waited 10 minutes for a bagel only to be told they weren’t ready and it would be about 10 minutes. Paid extra for the bagel only to get a muffin. No sorry or we’ll throw you a donut for the wait. Should have went to McDonald’s or Wawa.

The Bechtelsville route 100 location experience was horrible. Ordered sweet tea and hot coffee. When arrived at drive thru window, they sweet tea was out, coffee was cold. I accepted green tea substitute, but asked why coffee is luke warm/cold the guy who just was dancing in front of a female customer, seemed upset I was still at drive-thru window, just snarled and walked away. I will never go to this location again. This location has had several problems other community members yell me. Thank God Wawa just opened up the road. Very sad over this Dunkin experience.
