If I could give 0 stars for service and atmosphere, I would. I’ve been going to this Marco’s for years, and I never experienced anything as awful as I did tonight. I placed my order online at 6:19p, walked into the lobby 6:40p to pick it up because it was marked “ready” online, but then waited nearly an HOUR before it was actually ready!! I was not the only one…at least 5 or 6 other people had the same experience. There were lots of people working, but it was total chaos. So disorganized. I had to ask several times if they even had my order in the queue. The worst part was that when the manager finally showed up and got things moving in the right direction, he did not offer anybody discounts or free pizzas. Then, when I got home with my 3 pizzas, the special order was wrong, and the bacon pizza tasted stale and disgusting. Inedible. I asked the manager to give us discounts or free pizzas to make us all happier customers, but he did not want to do that. I will NOT be going back again, and I will be calling corporate. Side note: At one point, I had to tell an employee to pick up the chicken wings off the floor so nobody would slip on them. They watched them fall, stepped over them, and kicked them to the side, but didn’t pick them up until I said something. They really need better management and training. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.

I ordered my pizza ar 6:00 pm and paid online. I arrived at the restaurant at 6:24 which was my scheduled pick up time. One of my pizzas was made. The other one wasn’t even started yet. The manager said sorry and said it would be made quickly. It’s 6:55 pm and I am still waiting on my pizza. This is not ok!

The most unprofessional experience ever, August 26, 2023. I ordered two pizzas to carry out at 6:55pm and did not receive them until 8:20pm. After waiting an hour and half they offered no discount or coupons and one of the pizzas was cold, they have permanently lost a customer and I’ll deter anyone I know from going there.

This is my go to pizzeria. I’ve tried salads, brownies, cheese bread, the medium and large pies (various toppings), and enjoyed all. Pizza cafe and Johnny’s pizza are my other options, but I choose Marco’s because it is closer, cheaper, and just as tasty to me. The workers I have come in contact with have always been kind to me. I ordered a cheese pie and pizza bowl this evening from my local Marcos. I must say, they never have failed me. Today, Javie called and said I’d have to come in to pick up my food instead of having it delivered because they were short a driver. Reluctant and frustrated I picked up my food.

I ordered food for my children at 12:49 pm on August 27th. I got a call saying they had no driver it would take longer for my order. Two hours later still no order and the manager wouldn’t go into the store to deliver orders nor help the staff members.

Ordered pizza for delivery and it said 45 min delivery time. I was ok with that. I waited over an hour from the time of order and still no food. i wait 30 min past delivery time still no food. I call and get told oh it will be there within 30 min. I am less than a mile from the place. Food finally got to me at 1:15 which is an 1:45 min after i ordered. Then food is luke warm since its been under warmers and they gave met the wrong drink.

I love this Marcos location they never fail me yet I wish I could upload the video I took because my pizza look so good and taste even better the pictures i uploaded is not of good quality because I end up eating the pizza after the video I couldn’t wait to take anymore pictures so these are screenshots of the video I took lol the pizz I had was have sausage with pineapple and the other hlf was all meat so yummy
