Honestly I could have walked out without paying that’s how much they were paying attention. I had to ask for a refill 3 times. This is the greatest factor going into the tip. I have no problem tipping well above the 50% limit I do so all the time but these guys didn’t even earn the 5$ i did leave. The selection on the buffet table was slim. Its been years since I’ve been to a pizza hut buffet. It’ll be years til I do it again.

They salad bar was ok, the buffet was bare and they were not keeping it stocked i was only able to have 4 small slices of pizza. The breadsticks were empty the entire time. We had to get our own silverware, also were billed incorrectly and had to have that corrected. They were not all that busy.

On 6/14/23, there was a classic car show in the parking lot. Pizza Hut was understaffed. I ordered takeout, and the phone rang so many times that a guy at a call center in India was taking orders. When I picked up my pizza 20 minutes later, a guy in line in front of me waited for 5 minutes before he was even acknowledged. They were clearly understaffed. Pizza tasted ok, though. Not the best ever.

OHHH my didn’t have a good EXPERIENCE AT ALL today I tried to purchase XTRA CINNAMON for my apple sticks or whatever they are called however the lady WASN’T having it I’m a paying customer but she DIDN’T GIVE A DAM and I don’t think I will ever go back to THIS pizza HUT and I truly believe because I was there last week and did NOT like the so called BIG NEW YORKER hardly any cheese was on this supposedly BIG PIZZ
