Came by here too get a quick dinner late yesterday evening. The Drive thru lighting was somewhat dark. My husband placed a order for 2 #10’s the famous Bowl’s. The lady at the window was very nice. After we received our meals.. we sat in the parking lot to eat. We opened our lids and I said wow where my popcorn chicken?? Definitely didn’t look like the menu picture on the ordering board!! I took the photo while saying to my husband.. “oh what we pay more for less!! Won’t be coming back to this Kfc!

Dining room was closed again at lunchtime. Second time in two weeks. Last time I ate inside they had removed half the chairs and have no condiments, utensils, or napkins out for customers. The place looked bare. Food was good but I had to say my order 3 times before the cashier got it straight. How is this place still open?

KFC is getting out of control! I love the extra crispy! I recently lost over 30 pounds so recently I went to our local one and asked for ONLY 3 pieces of chicken. No sides or drink. Just the meat. I was charged EXACTLY the same as I would have been with the sides and meat. When I inquired I was told it is not an option to reduce price because I want to remove items. Ain’t nobody EVER gonna pay $13+ for 2 legs and a thigh!

I got 2 #10s and that both look like this….Total of 3 pieces of popcorn chicken that seems like it was cooked yesterday and there was so much gravey that the mashed potatoes are liquid I’ve tried calling them a few times but no one answers the phone I’ve been getting these bowls for years but if this is how they will be making them from now on I’ll never buy one again I could basically drink my meal with a straw except for the chicken

So, Ill admit was mad that the dining room was closed. So, went to the drive-thru. Was mad, and thought the wait was going to be long, but at most 10 minutes. Ordered an 8 piece meal, and at window the lady working was pleasant for the pay transaction. So, I was sure my order would be wrong, or food under cooked. I was totally wrong. Hot, tasty, and correct items included. So, ok lobby is closed, but on my visit, Feb 3, 2023 everything was fine.
