I’ve been here two times. It’s a big restaurant with a variety of choices to sit but as the waiters choose your sit you do not have that much choice! Anyway, the first time we ordered chicken wings and burgers, and french fries which was delicious and had a good portion. I loved the wipes they offered for hands cleaning. The second time, 4th of July, we waited 7-10 minutes to give us a table, because there was only one waitress working that day! The food was fine but the portions were too small. We ordered salmon, mashed potato, Cesar salad, ribs, and garlic bread. Although all were delicious.

6/25/2023. The cook knew this food wasn’t edible; but packaged it up anyway and acted like my to go food was made great!!! In the future I will make sure all my food is made well; not burnt and thrown together, and have actual chicken in it, not 4 quarter size, unrecognizable burned chicken. Almost 30 years of eating at Friday’s all over; this is the worst dishes I’ve ever received. What happened Marlborough?? Still waiting for my gift cards!!!

The only great customer service I received was from my waitress. When I first walked in with my family we were not greeted at all. And just taking to any seating which I had to ask to be seated where I would like wit my family. I know businesses are short staffed but the lack of just decent customer service is appalling. My food unfortunately was just not good. I wanted to try the this dish on there menu which was selected as a fav and it definitely was far from that with taste. My pasta dish literally taste burnt. And the loaded potatoes skins were so over cooked they were soaked in grease and just like no effort was put in to bringing us good and presentable food. I’m very disappointed.

hostess took over 5 min to come to her stand & seat us. we asked for waters with our drinks & never got them, only our drinks. waiter never checked on us after giving us our food, we had to call him over to get boxes & our check. i finished my drink before i was done with my dinner & never got offered a refill. the entire time i was dining the hostess did not stand at her stand for more than 2 minutes. the restaurant was not busy AT ALL. there were only 6 other tables seated. she was not “too busy”. food was also luke warm.. didn’t taste that bad but would’ve been better hot. the only thing i can’t complain about was my drink. i certainly won’t be coming back here.

The air conditioning was a bit cool, and the waiter and manager turned it down. The service by this waiter was tremendous, friendly, professional and so pleasant. The bacon/cheeseburger is outstanding with crunchy bacon pieces and vegetables.

After spending the day getting a medical treatment, I really looked forward to ordering flavorful and spicy Asian food. Found Wow Bao on DoorDash not knowing they weren’t their own restaurant. All of the food had a rubbing alcohol aftertaste, the jasmine rice was dry, and the fried rice was soggy and definitely never saw a wok. Not one thing had flavor or spice. No one should be charging money for this.

We visited on a Saturday evening as we were on vacation. On entering the restaurant, we should have seen the red flags. The restaurant had a strange musty smell and looked like the whole place needed a good, deep clean. We debated on leaving at this point, but we were so hungry we ordered. The food we received is like no Tgi Fridays we have been to in the world before. My wifes wing plate was so overcooked that they looked and were as hard as boulders. One wing was sour and felt like the chicken was rancid. At this point, my wife could eat no more as we were scared we would get food poisoning. My burger was cold in the middle, and like the chicken, the roast beef topping was grey and discoloured. I had to tap out as well. Most of our food was left and we asked for our cheque. We told the waiter that our food was not good, he apologised but offered no discount for our uneaten food which was really bad. It was a terrible experience, considering how good our experiences at Tgi have been in other restaurants over the years.

Twice diferent occasion I order by Doordash cause I didn’t have a ride. I received the food. They don’t follow what I order. I call BUNCH time cause they don’t answer letting them know that 1 plate that I pay $40 didn’t come how I request. Having the recipe attached to the bag.They added broccoli and mash potatoes. I requested fries no seasoned and shrimps for the sides. They said call doordash so they can refund the money! Soo my husband wouldn’t eat??? You guys mess up the order! (I can’t drive over.) I paid so they can bring me the food. And doordash can’t help cause they already gave me the order….

We went there for my wife’s birthday dinner with my mom. If the atmosphere was better it would have got 5 stars. SERVICE- excellent our server was very friendly and on top of her game. We didn’t have to ask for another drink right when we finished she put another down.LOCATION- It is pretty dark and drab in there, it could definitely use a face lift. Not where I would go for a first date.FOOD- Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the whiskey glazed ribs,jasmine rice and lemon broccoli. It was very good the rice was cooked perfectly the broccoli was fresh and the ribs were tender. It’s just good food for a good price. ENJOY!!
