Watch out Chipotle! Cause Barberitos is coming for you! Even though it is as expensive as Chipotle, the variety and portion sizes are larger. The queso and chips are hella good. And I ALWAYS leave really full after each meal. I come here often and the staff has always been good to me. I love coming here and I definitely recommend it if you’re really hungry and want some good food.

So I tried this place because I love a good burrito bowl. Now the have all types of toppings and the concept is there but regardless of what sauce I used it just was not good.not even the rice. But I had a side of guacamole and the guacamole is amazing other than that for a bowl and side of guacamole for 14$ just wasn’t worth it.

It’s usually good but I guess it was lunch hour around 1 pm. I ordered while there and my friend ordered online prior to me arriving to the restaurant. I had to ask 3x about her order after I received my food and waited over 35 minutes. There was already a line when I got there. You’re better off not doing an online order around lunch time and just ordering when you get there. There were several people waiting to pickup orders. My food was cold by the time I left.

Barberitos isn’t the cheapest. I asked for Guac and she was literally out of guacamole and literally struggling to get the last bit of it out then proceed to lie to me and say that’s a small! Like be serious!! Don’t waste my time and MONEY!! If anything that’s a pint and should’ve just gotten a new thing of guacamole instead of lying to me in my face like I was born yesterday!

I had the best tofu ever here and on Cinco de mayo was even better! I was even able to enjoy my leftovers for Shabbat! I had great customer service with every staff member there. Friendly atmosphere! The dining space is plentiful and everything accessible. Thank you kindly!

I got the salad bowl. The service was good, portion was on point, but that thing was tasteless! The rice, beans, and chicken had no flavor, I couldn’t even taste the raw onions, and the guacamole was T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. Thank goodness for the chipotle ranch and the queso that made it edible. Next time, I’ll take my $15 to Surcheros.

Barberitos is the king of the “Americanized” cantinas (Surchero’s might be tied).. Nachos are top tier. No ground beef, but ground turkey instead (eat red meat sparingly); also have steak option though.
