Service at the drive through is BAD BAD BAD! Twenty minutes to get TWO Classic RB. Three cars in front of me. I got to the speaker and they said they would be with me shortly. About 10min later the two cars in front of me got their orders and left and I was still at the speaker and nobody would answer me so I pulled up to the window. After about a min or two someone came to the window and started to give me someone else order and I said I didn’t order yet because no one would answer me at the speaker. I said I have a coupon for 2 classic RB for $5 and she said WE DON’T HAVE THAT we have 4 for $10! Said I have a coupon in my hand. She took the coupon and my credit card and rang up my order then handed me back my card and threw the receipt next to cash register instead of giving it to me. She handed me the big bag with 2 RB and np napkins and no receipt. I said could I have some Arbys Sauce and she gave me 3. I then asked if could have my receipt and she threw it at me. This place sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

Drive-thru is decent to good depending on who’s attending the Drive-thru area. Inside service needs improvement. You are usually ignored! Not even an acknowledge to let you know, they know you are there! You have to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes before you can order!

Wow what a joke! Went there on our way home today around 3:15 after not eating all day – waited for someone to get on the speaker to take it order which took a bit. Then pulled up to the window and waited for someone to come and greet us and no one I mean no one came to the window and 10-12 min went by. Seen our soda on the counter melting away- so decided that was enough of wasting our time so we left and went else where! Never again will I make the mistake of visiting this establishment again! Seen a guy with dreads walk to the front counter and didn’t look out direction or anything. This is not how you run an establishment when you have customers that need to be served and have been waiting forever –

Lady who took our order at counter inside of this Arby’s wasn’t all there and started arguing with cooks in back. I had my toddlers with me and they were cussing and arguing loud as can be. The yelling scared my children to where we had to leave, along with everyone else dining in. 0/5 Stars. Kerri needs help. We will NOT be back. Cops were called

The service was not only professional with a twist of warmth. Very welcoming also food is made up when you order it. It’s always done an expedient and timely manner also I could eat them sliders every time I go there I have not gotten tired of them and I’ve eaten there two three times a week for the last month and I can’t get enough of them sliders

My daughter and I went in after apartment hunting. I ordered the BBQ brisket sandwich, I love it. When I opened it there was so much sauce coming out of it, took a bite and my mouth was on fire and my eyes watered. I took it up to the counter, explained this, the young woman at the counter was very nice. She returned to our table with the sandwich I had ordered. It was good, but I didn’t enjoy it as much because my mouth was still burning a little. I gave service a 3 because she was so nice and took care of it, if not for her it would have been a 1. The cooks need to pay attention, there are many people, myself included, who have medical issues and cannot eat a lot of foods, particularly spicey foods.

Drive thru only, no take out orders or dining in at 3 PM on a Saturday. It’s just lack of enthusiasm and pure laziness, the wa there restaurants are doing. To the owners or CEO: hire some decent employees!
