THE WORST BURGERS EVER. THE FRIES WERE FRESH AND HOT. THE BURGERS WERE COLD AND HARD. WE WILL GO TO SONIC FROM NOW ON. We thought we would try a different location and maybe get better food and service. We were wrong. I would not recommend Wards to my enemies. The restaurant was even more nasty than the Laurel location. This place needs to be closed for EVER or you need new management who knows what they are doing. The place was so nasty, the front and back equipment, counter -top and front, cash register, soda area – the machines were rusted, tables and chairs -sticky, walls, windows and the temp gauge on the wall was nasty. Maybe we are the wrong color to be eating at WARDS.

I used to eat there all the time but not anymore. It’s filty, and the service is so slow. I went there today for breakfast and all the tables were dirty, food on the floor, flies everywhere. To say there’s a pandemic everything should be clean when the customer leaves.
