I never post reviews but this Subway store along with it’s employees, manager, and owner are truly wonderful people. They accommodated a request by coming in on July 4th for a catering order I had. I come here regularly and they always make the sandwiches better than every other store I go to with fair prices. You have a loyal customer.

Worst customer service experience. The Indian woman behind the counter rolled her eyes the moment we stepped into the restaurant and gave us massive attitude while she served us. We showed her a coupon for a free sub with a purchase of a drink and she became even more annoyed and didn’t bother to read it. Therefore we walked out with a free sub, no charge, on behalf of her stupidity. 🙂

Horrendous visit. I will never step foot into this location again. Absolutely rude, obnoxious and do not know how to treat guests. Its evident based on how the 2 associates were talking to one another. Didn’t understand them but it was obvious there was friction between them. One of them left for the day leaving the other with a line. I had 3 subs made for me. So when it was time to pay my daughter and I received an attitude. Ok I understood a little based on how she was left alone but you never lash out on a customer . I handed her coupons and again obnoxiously she said only 1. So I then said ok just give me the 12 inch leaving the 2 6 inch. She called her manager to get approval , it was denied. She would allow only 1 12 inch and 1 6 inch. So, I walked out. I left all 3 made subs behind. So SUBWAY ON POST AVENUE. instead of stepping out of the box and please a guest and secure a sale you have now lost money on the 3 subs made you have lost a guest for life. And I’m not a first time either. I have been in your location before and the one that left remembered me. Unreal . After I left I went to McDonald’s. Not what I wanted nor what I wanted to give my kids but no way I was giving you my money. Now or ever again.

They run out of stuff all the time. Also they fail to continue bake bread durning the day so they run out and force you to pick something else. Employees there don’t have a clue sometimes. Also the people there are always different and never fully get trained. The portions are all over the place also.

Easy to see right off of Post Avenue servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Parking on the Street is available but it fills up fast especially at night and on the weekends. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restroom. Staff is ok. We will most likely be going back.
