The original foodies, Brandon Cahill and his father Mike, opened their first of two Smoke Shack BBQ food trucks in 2017. As lovers of all things barbecue, the father-son duo was inspired by Nana Jennette Cantone’s homemade barbecue sauce recipe to continue their business venture and expand into the Cahill franchise. While it may seem easy at first, running a restaurant from inside a truck has its challenges — but they never let that stop them.

My boyfriend and I ordered through DoorDash and the food was amazing! The sandwiches were HUGE and they put so much meat on them. The fries got a little soft but I know that happens when you get delivery sometimes. Either way, they were still really tasty. We definitely wanna try their other food but we both highly recommend the brisket sandwich! The pulled pork sandwich was awesome too!

All I can say is YUM!!! My family and I eat here 2 times a week. The food is always fresh, affordable, great flavor coupled with great customer service. Look no more, this is the place to go for wings. Bbq, burgers and so much more. I have to order extra to prevent an all out fight in the house for leftovers. No joke…. The ribs and stuffed knish are amazing. Try it out it’s worth it.

We tried this place for the first time and I have to say I was pleasantly impressed with the food! I had the 6 piece ribs which were fantastic, the meat was fallen of the bone and had such a great taste to them very moist! My wife had the pulled pork sandwich and she truly enjoyed every bite, she also said that the pork was moist and flavorful! The delivery came within 30 minutes like they said and the driver was a super nice guy! So if you’re looking for a great place to try I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!!!
