Yesterday I put in my order by phone 1 hour prior to pickup , they said my order would be ready in 25 minutes , I arrived at the shop and they weren’t done ,no big deal , the cashier told me to wait at the end of the counter near the front door ,so I did , I put my hand on the counter slightly leaning and the last person on the pizza assembly line looks at me and says with a sarcastic tone ” I need my space please” , I cannot remember the last time I got so mad so quickly , I said nothing and waited for my order which only took a few minutes and left. I guess its my age but when I was young and working with the public I had common sense enough to know that’s not how you speak to people. Hope this lets people know that this is how you will be treated , I wont be returning. I also don’t think the owner of this business is really concerned with how the shop is run as I’ve seen almost no comments from this person on any of the comments left by customers. In all fairness I do want to mention that the prices and the food are great . Best of luck.

Came in on Wednesday afternoon and they were pretty busy. Owen an employee there was doing it all up front and was super helpful. Took our order and said it would be about 15 minutes. We went next door and came back and the pizzas were good to go. Thanks Owen. You did great!

My family and I love the pizza here!! The employees are always very kind, and tonight their customer service was extra exceptional. I was having difficulty ordering from my phone with only 30 minutes to close. The two girls who were closing worked with me and were able to quickly put my order together and have it out the door right before closing. They were fantastic!! Our favorite pizzas are the chicken bacon artichoke and the barbeque chicken pizza. Excellent quality and great service. Thank you!!

I just ordered my regular from here and am ever so pleased with my new location of “PAPA MURPHY’S”. I spoke to Mackenna, and as always for this location, she was fantastic, very helpful, pleasant and seemed happy to be there. She took my order and helped with getting me my pizza with the correct size and toppings with a smile, very efficient and without any issues, its just refreshing to be helped by an employee that’s “happy” to help. Thank you for that Mackenna and Papa Murphy’s.

What happened to the pricing? I usually went here because it was a decent price for decent pizza, but with the recent price hike I can’t justify spending so much cash for such average quality. On top of that, since when are the employees meant to receive a minimum tip for making the pizza? I’m not against tipping but something is odd about this randomly being added on top of the other absurd prices. Also, what’s with the lack of call-in orders?

I live in Damascus Or. I never go to any other locations because not convenience. I have to tell you. The staff there are incredible. Especially with covid and the fires. They are always friendly and calm even when I see 20 tickets across the board. Thank you for helping the community when we are to lazy, tired, or a little irritated with life to cook. I’ve never had a bad experience. Even if I had to wait a bit longer than I thought.

When I came into the store tonight, the guys in front of me told me to go ahead because they had not decided on their pizza choice. I ordered my pizza and paid. The lady just stood there so I asked if she could make my pizza. She said no and had to wait for the others to order first. I explained it was my husband’s Birthday, I was running late and had groceries in the car. She said no I have to wait. After waiting I decided to get a refund so I could get home. Walking out the door the group was still deciding on their pizza choice. Lady working said she was the manager and was very rude.
