Barbeque Food Truck at Hayward Field for the Oregon Relays. Thank the gods both old and new,. If I were to have an expectation of Oregon Bar-B-Que this would be it. A sandwich, lightly smoked, chunk pulled, lightly dressed, tasty slaw, on a grilled, regular hamburger bun. Cain’t you ask fer more ‘n that. Very nice people here attending to your every Bar-B-Q need. BBQ in this state is spendy. I won’t be eating it often. When I do partake of a little bit of North Carolina heaven I hope it will be as good as this.

Tried the brisket fries, it was OK. The fries where a bit limp and easily mushed beneath the other toppings. Brisket was OK, I imagined it wouldn’t be the best cuts served over fries and I was a bit right. The flavor was good and the BBQ sauce was smokey and tasty.

Great food and the attitude is welcoming. The brisket is a good balance of tender but not too fatty. Pulled pork isn’t dry. Will definitely keep eating there.

Hands down best bbq I’ve had in the area. I would buy their sauce by the truckload if I could! Owners are very kind and attentive, they’re very helpful especially when I can’t figure out what to get. Hoping I can get them to cater some parties this summer!
