Visited during the Arts Festival & Pride Weekend for lunch and the restaurant was dead. Food was okay. We had chili cheese fries, slider burgers and bone in wings. Everything was just okay but nowhere near hot enough or fresh enough. For drinks we had a margarita and blue hawaii, again they were just okay but too strong. And the service was terrible. The waitress was miserable, unattentive, and not welcoming. Management needs to discuss standards for service and quality with the staff and maybe revamp overall a bit. A well known place like Bill’s in the epicenter of downtown should deliver a better experience.

The burger was delicious and cooked well. The disco fries on the other hand. . . did not look appetizing in the least as the gravy was dark brown and clumpy af. .Groooooss. . . . Thanks, Chef!

The soup was cold with lots of oil floating on top, the cauliflower bowl was flavorless, the Brussel sprout and apple salad should have been listed as a side, not a salad (small), and it was all over priced for the amount we got.

Being that this joint was in a hotel, and looked chain (we weren’t familiar) our expectations were pretty low-ball. It was also Christmas Day and there were so few things open we were just happy to have a seat and a meal. Lucky for us it turned out to be pretty spectacular, and it really made our Christmas Day. We were happily surprised at the food quality and quantity for the price–in particular the burgers were delicious and we were stuffed when we tried to go to dinner later that night. Speaking of which, we realized that our overall experience and food value at this Bill’s joint was off the charts compared to a disappointing white tablecloth dinner at Eddie Merlot’s later that night. Should have just come back to get another burger… Lol. I had some keto protein packed bunless burger since I am gluten free (had an egg on it and all kinds of other meat thrown on top of burger patties–yum!), and the husband had some kind of spicy burger. Can’t remember exactly which one but he was in heaven. The video says it all. 🙂

Very nice bar with friendly waitress. I enjoyed the pretzel bites for my lunch. My husband got the keto burger which looked delicious but a little small.

My Friend ordered the sliders and I started with the French onion soup. We also got the loaded nachos and I got the South of the burger which I forgot to take pictures of, but they were good! I am Thankful this place was open on Thanksgiving day as I was 1,000 miles away from home!

Visited this hidden gem while I was in the area and I was not disappointed. First of all, I had a friendly and attentive waiter named Maurice! Maurice made sure to check up on me a few times, and helped me with deciding what milkshake I should get. I went with the Salted Caramel bliss, its vanilla ice cream with caramel and pretzels. The sweet and salty combination was perfect. To eat I had BBQ wings which tasted great and I also had the Disco Fries. The Disco Fries are their version of “poutine” and it was delicious!! Very glad I decided to eat here, hope to return soon

This is a hotel service restaurant. The food and service are mediocre. The waitstaff is poorly trained, and sometimes hot food comes out cold. The few vegan items they have are poorly designed and poorly reproduced. Eat here if you are at the hotel and don’t want to go out. Stick with the sliders and beer. Otherwise, go anyplace else.
