My husband and I have dined here 2 times. The first time late at night and the second time mid afternoon. Both times the restaurant itself was rather kind of boring. The food was nothing impressive. We decided to give it another try during a different time and day. The second time was worse than the first. We stopped to eat around 3pm on a Sunday. Restaurant was dead except for maybe 2 other tables and yet it took almost an hour to get our meals. When they did arrive they were semi warm and my was absolutely bland, unseasoned. My husband’s just did not taste nor look ANYTHING like the description and the picture did in the menu even tho the waitress assured us it was. We decided to try a couple alcoholic beverages and the margaritas tasted like the flavor only, sans tequila and the mixed shot drink was wayyyy to much alcohol that we didn’t even drink it. The only thing that was ok was the appetizer fried mushrooms and our waitress was very attentive. Doubt we’ll be coming back

Second time here, in town for business from Oregon. Had to rate it perfect this time. A-1 burger was fantastic and better than the first time I had it a few months ago, and our server was awesome. My buddy did the 12 minute burger challenge and beat it with one second to go! Good times, wish we had one in my area. Highly recommend! Thanks!

We had a carry out order. They just need to make sure ppl get their full order, including drinks. A lady and I came bk in for our drinks. That’s a good little walk from the mill bk in. Please check your orders. Don’t just assume we want you to keep the change. Let us tip you. I will not let it slide again.

The entire inside of the cookie with the cookie a la mode was hard as a rock and burned so bad it was blackened in multiple spots. They also forgot my ice cream 🙁 not like I could’ve used it.

Fun Bulldog based decor and atmosphere. Service was slightly less than standard and food portions were generous with the exception of sauces. Sauces were scant making the burgers quite dry. Taste was average and availability of tots was welcomed.

We spent a day in Starkville and Mugshots was frequently recommended as I asked around. We brought a softball team here for lunch and received fast and friendly service from a server named Kelvin. The burgers were amazing! I had the Garlic Parmesan Bacon Burger and my wife had Da’ Big Kahuna. We will definitely stop here again the next time we visit.

Let me start by saying the food was great. The only disappointment was that the waitress could clearly see that we were still eating but still came up to our table and asked if we were ready for the bill. It was our ( me and my husband) very first visit and we didn’t liked how we were treated.

The parking situation isn’t the greatest and could be better explained (the sign outside includes a map, but seems to be to a previous solution) but other than that nice facility and atmosphere!

The burgers are usually good, but I ordered the Blackened Shrimp Pasta (trying something new) first it looks and taste like pasta I can make in my kitchen, the shrimp I had to peel. Ive NEVER order shrimp pasta and had to peel the shrimp, that shows something they just bought and put it together, the sauce isn’t home made and taste like something out of the can, the bread feels and taste stale. Never again.

Mugshot’s food is normally pretty good for the most part. Every now and then when they get really busy service and food are slightly affected. Our recent trip was great. Our server was a little slow, but it is as obvious he had his hands full with a very large table and most of the other tables in the dinning room. He still checked in and apologized for getting our drinks out a little slow. We were fine with it as we could tell he was doing his best.
