I had the Brisket Freebird and it was good. It was too expensive but I had already ordered it. The staff was very nice. The dining room appeared to be dirty.

This location of Freebird was by far the most friendly and fast! Both the ladies working (one with purple hair and one with short black hair and piercings) were extremely pleasant and I was grateful for their attention and positive attitudes. I would recommend this location, for sure!

The classic Freebirds vibe, but I did notice that the food wasn’t as fresh as some other locations. The chicken and rice were cold, and the lettuce was soggy. Not terrible, but not the best experience I’ve had at a Freebirds before. For the price it’s a great quick bite, but to be honest I don’t plan to come back to this specific location. It could have been bad timing or an off day, but it certainly was not the quality and freshness I would have expected. Staff was kind and helpful though! Always great people working here!!

Great burrito. The person behind the counter who made my burrito had awesome customer service I think her name was Blessing. She was super friendly and deserves a promotion.

I went to this place because one of my sons wanted go. This was our first and last time going. First of all, the tattooed woman who over did it with her makeup was very rude. With the attitude she has she shouldn’t be working in a customer service position. Second if all the food wasn’t even that good and it us over priced. I spent $55 for 2 monster burritos, 2 fajita chicken tacos and a half bird burrito. With tge money spent I should have just gone to a taqueria instead.

Food was ok. Large amount of food. Price was ok. A monster burrito for 16 bucks.Just bland. Even with spices, sauces and hot sauce didn’t help the flavor. If you’re hungry go there. For same price and better food try Johnny’s Tamales.

Extremely slow service. This is my first time to go to this location. The line didn’t move for 15 mins. Not sure why it was so slow with only 3 people in line. Think I’ll pass on coming back here. The selection for toppings was really limited. All of the dressings were watered down to the consistency of milk. The steak looked gross. Like dog food. I got the prime rib or ribeye. I can’t remember. It was the only meat that looked decent. So I paid $13 for a tiny bowl. Other burrito places do much better. Freebirds use to be good. What happened?? So here you get bad service, poor selection, overpriced poor quality food, and a really slow line. I’ll never go back to any freebirds again..

Are the employees being told to cut down on quantity? I’ve been coming here for years and seen this place just go down slowly. Freebirds isn’t what it use to be. First the environment changed, then, the quality of the food. The seasoning is inconsistent and most of the time, the rice is under cooked. Now, you have to ask the employees for an extra scoop of everything. It’s like they’re being trained to drastically cut down on portions and not being trained enough on preparing the food. My food didn’t even come up halfway up the bowl. Don’t even waste your time ordering online because they’ll give you even less! Let’s not forget about avoiding the chips and queso on the side. The chips are stale days old and they’ll skimp that queso cup.
