If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is atrocious. I placed an order through Grubhub and because most likely they don’t have a tablet to receive direct orders from Grubhub they wait for the drivers to come in a take the orders from them. Instead of reviewing the full order themselves they just depend on the driver to read it to them. My order was half missing. When I called to clear this up I was transferred to a very rude young lady who did nothing to resolve the issue just passed the blame on. So I had to call Grubhub to report the issue. While Grubhub is filing a complaint on the issue and they actually where respectful I want people to know don’t order from this restaurant I have ordered from a ton of different subways and never have I been treated this rudely.
