My first day living in TN and this service here made me want to turn around and move back home. I had Shalal as my cashier and not really a friendly hello. When I was paying with credit card I chose not to tip because I wasn’t treated like a valued customer. Now I was very pleasant with when ordering and when the transaction was done I said Thank you very much with no response on the other end.

This might be my first ever 1 star review. This place never gets my order right. I have had atleast 3 separate occasions where they made the wrong sandwich or completely left a sandwich out of an order. Ridiculous. and the “shift manager” I talked to was rude.

I had the Firehouse steak & cheese. It was ok, pretty flat on flavor. This was the first time I’ve been to this establishment and I’ll give it one more go. I think I’ll go for hook & ladder next time.

I will literally never, ever step foot in this store again. I was at work today and our lunch that was supposed to be catered had canceled so I decided to order Firehouse. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up I wasn’t sure of the process, so I waited in the main line, until i noticed the sign that said pick up to go orders here (or something to that effect). When i walked to that end of the counter, I stood there for a while and nobody acknowledged me, then I noticed the rack that had to go orders on it and saw mine, with my name on it. There was a sign there as well that mentioned not to forget your drink. So, I got my order and drink cup and an employee then YELLS at me. “Hey, don’t go back behind the counter, you don’t do that!” I said, I’m sorry, I stood here for a while and nobody acknowledged me, so I thought that’s what I was supposed to do. He said, no you don’t go back behind the counter. He was extremely hateful. I said, uhm, you’re being pretty rude, then he tells me “no, you’re being rude!” I said ok, don’t worry, I won’t be back. I was completely humiliated. Everyone in the store heard this and was looking. I can’t get over how terrible this grown man talked to me. I paid $15 for lunch and to be talked to and treated like a piece of straight up trash. I’ll never be back.

Good visit yesterday! Had a “special order” sandwich they got spot on. The cashier was very quick and attentive! The two sandwiches we ordered were hot and ready. Our order was also to go and they provided a drink carrier, without me even asking. Sure made it easy! Good food, quick and friendly service! I’ll be. Ok’ing back!
