I ordered from the app and customized my nachos. I got them with chicken and was expecting to see shredded chicken, it looked ground up. The flavor was still there. Toppings are a little lacking, but the strawberry sprite with real strawberries was awesome

Del Taco, oh how you’ve turned my late-night cravings into a fiesta! I’m convinced your tacos have magical powers – they disappear faster than my New Year’s resolutions. If Del Taco was a person, they’d be that spontaneous friend who shows up at your door with a taco costume just to make you smile. We were so disappointed! There was nothing special about the taste of the food. It all tasted bland. The flour tortillas tasted like a weird mix of corn tortilla and flour tortilla and were prone to breaking apart. We were just not happy with the flavors. The only flavors we were ok with were the classic hard shell taco. That, of course, is opinion based on our tastes. The restaurant was nice and clean. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

Horrible experience. Not busy at all (no one in dining area) but waited 25 minutes and still no food. The customer in front of me had been waiting 30+ minutes. After 25 minutes I was told they didn’t even have chicken available, so they would need to change my order. ZERO apologies or ownership, just standing around and talking in the kitchen the whole time. Finally asked for a refund and it took them 10 more minutes to get it for me. Absolute ineptness and a waste of my family’s time.

I didn’t see no mask, hairnet nor gloves when handling food. Then my fries were burnt… I ordered a burger it was meh and the chicken burrito with queso was nasty. 1st and last time. Ate inside and had to wipe my own table down. Im glad bathrooms were clean to say the least.

Just came to Del Taco in Griffin and it’s 12:31am but the cashier just said they’re closed. How disappointing! I drove directly from Terracedale Ct approximately 10 minutes away from my lovely home, just for the cashier to lie and state they’re closed. When clearly google states they closed at 1am. I guess my new cravings spot for my 8 weeks pregnant belly will be Taco Bell in griffin going forward. Thanks for nothing Del Taco!
