Good fast service with tasty bagels and breakfast options. Ordered and everything bagel with cream cheese and lox but they forgot to toast my bagel. The coffee station was running low and I had to mix two different roast to fill my cup.

Nice place.. Cool atmosphere. Upbeat music. Lots of interesting people. Inside and outside seating. Having a plant nursery adjoining is refreshing. Bagels were tasty, fresh and healthy–aside from the butter and that made them yummy!

Love their bagels and cream cheese options. They around a dozen chroma cheese spreads and all the bagel options you can imagine. The staff are friendly, kind and accommodating. For example, I ordered 2 bagels on their app but was only given 1. I didn’t realize that until I got home, but all it took was going and telling them about the mishap and they gave me the second bagel without arguing. Highly recommend to all!

I have been here multiple times and love their bagels and service. This morning I went in to get 18 bagels. I just asked if there was a possibility to get them toasted and the ‘Manager’ said No. I continued to order and then let the manager know that next time don’t flat out tell a customer No, just give an explanation and say please order in advance if you want them toasted. Well, he wasn’t having that. Took offense and said “I can refuse you service right now”. I was so surprised that my favorite local bagel shop would hire someone with zero customer service skills and such rude behavior as a manager. I hope that he was just having a bad day and that doesn’t become a norm for Crestline near the Summit.

Fantastic quality food and a huge selection. Our new weekend routine is for me to go pick up a Nova bagel for myself and a cinnamon roll for the wife. During COVID we’ve been getting takeout, but the patio area is beautiful, especially with all the plants surrounding you from Leaf & Pedal, the nursery next door. I can’t believe it took us this long to go. My wife thanks you for the best homemade cinnamon roll around.

This is a very nice Bagel shop. I have now been there several times and everything I’ve ordered has been top notch. I have had sandwiches made on a bagel as well as sweet bagels with cream cheese. They’ve all been wonderful. Plus, the coffee was excellent. Crestline Bagel is a clean, well lighted and friendly place. I highly recommend Crestline Bagel Co.
