Delicious and healthy! I wish I’d tried this place sooner! I wanna say it’s pricey but these days everything is. A combo meal at a fast food place will easily run you close to $15 and it’s all bad for you! I’m very happy to support this small healthy local business.

Their sandwiches and smoothies are very good! And not because there isn’t much to compare them to in Cottonwood. However, I feel they are a little pricey and service is painfully slow sometimes. It can also be very LOUD as all of the smoothies are made upfront near the seating area. Once we were turned away when we arrived about 20 minutes before closing.
