Employees were very kind. However, for a fast food joint, you’d expect to get your food fast. Not here! We were the only people there woth no one in the drive thru, and it took 11 minutes to get our food. But wait, we didn’t get our fries. They hadn’t even started cooking the fries when our sandwiches came out. It took another 6 minutes to finally receive the fries. Ate cold sandwich with hot, mediocre fries! We won’t be back. It was nice to see that this place is family oriented… multiple family members of the workers came in after us to chit chat and get food before us. We visited on 5-18.

Last week we had an omission of food from our take out order. We called the Arby’s in New Albany to report the missing food. Greg, the manager, was apologetic, took my name and asked we return at our convenience for the missing four six-piece chicken nuggets. Today, we returned, gave my name and Greg said he remembered the missing order. The nuggets were fresh and hot and the bag contained the sauces and napkins we needed. Usually when there is an order error at a restaurant, the management is not pleasant or helpful about the problem. Today the New Albany Arby’s restaurant did an excellent job at making us feel our business is important and appreciated.

Went here on Thursday 03/23/2023 and lavante and jill so rude the employee called me a clown how rude, the manager told tge employee to clock out and asked him 2 times , the manager on duty was professional, lavante and jill they should both be fired how rude . Contacted tammy she agreed . But this place has lost my business and will never go to another arbys ever… rude employees, miserable people at this joint except tge manager on duty and Tammy , i hope both of these employees got fired !!!!! Would love to hear from the owner- shows if owner does not reply guess he dont care – been coming here since 2019 and will be my last and will tell other people and friends

As someone who works in New Albany I’ve had a lot of good experiences stopping here for lunch. Unfortunately today was not one of those experiences. The window staff was not friendly, handed me the bag with my items thrown in, no napkins, asked me what sauce when I ordered and gave me no sauce, and to top it off my chicken fingers were badly over cooked and scorched. Im sure for a lunch fix I’d return, but today wasn’t a win.
