They had to remake the sandwich because the info was put in wrong. I’m never eating at the one in Waterbury. The cook gloves touched his mouth then picked up the cheese. I saw him I wasn’t eating that sandwich nor am I getting arrested for going off.. I just threw it away in the trash calmly. They have lost a customer!!!

Horrible service no structure and when I spoke to the “owner” about the confusion on the list be and how people that’s been waiting are getting skipped his response is I know it’s a little crazy calm down and wait. Should have slapped him but instead I rather drive the distance to a Charley’s that’s cares about it’s customers in meridian.
