Can’t believe I spent the money on lame bake goods. At least the drink was good, but when I asked for napkins, I got a half torn paper towel. Expected this Starbucks to have more “class” based on its location.

Terribly under-staffed or inefficient – the wait is unbearable (15 mins today for a cup of plain coffee). Have walked away from the (short) line more often than able to wait.

This Starbucks is phenomenal !!! The staff are beyond welcoming and they always bring the jokes that make me laugh. They light up my day and honestly they are the best Starbucks fam I’ve ever seen. The ladies (and gents occasionally) that work here definitely deserve high praise. Lots of love to this Starbucks family!!!!

This was a fine example of a Starbucks. Everything you’d expect. Other than being crazy slow. There was a clear flow of “Order on the app” tickets that were being interleaved between the in person orders such that a large portion of our time there was spent watching people march in the door and straight to the collection area to collect drinks we watched being made while we waited after our order was taken. Otherwise it was an entirely adequate Starbucks.

We waited long for our order. I don’t understand why they don’t ask for our name when taking orders, because there was a long line. Next you know, nobody knows who the venti latte belongs to. I got told that it wasn’t my venti latte…but that’s why you ask for names when you take orders. The employees would be listening to their airpods while taking orders. You’re there to work, front facing the customers, you shouldn’t be listening to music at the same time. Very unprofessional.

I really feel like this place needs more management. Often, there are lots of younger employees working and talking to one another, making it take a long time to get your coffee. They are also unfriendly and make it seem like it’s a chore when you order. Many times, including this morning, most employees are chatting and on their phones (one employee took a phone call on her cell phone in the middle of her taking a customer’s order) rather than waiting on customers.

if I could give 0 stars I would they never have what i ask for. Employees don’t wash their hands after touching money or trash. When I kindly ask them to wash their hands they were rude about it. This last time I went I got more ice then actual coffee.
