5/4/23: photo is from most recent order. Note that the rating has dropped. The California burrito (my usual order). The meat was dry and chewy, not in a good way; there was the *tiniest* sliver of avocado in the 3 burritos we ordered (it would have been okay to say that they were out of avocado and put enough on one, or none on any). Really, really disappointed. The fries were … not right. They were also really dry. Seems like they should have been less dry wrapped inside a burrito. But hey, the rice was fine. The hot sauce is good.

I had tried this place for the first time as it is conveniently located near my job. It was late night as I was working a graveyard shift. I pulled up to the menu, sat there for a few minutes and there was no answer so I pulled up to the window to order. The young blonde girl working rudely informed me I needed to place my order at the menu board, but said “it’s fine I guess I’ll just take it here”. She had the worst customer service skill and then asked me what type of salsa I wanted with my order and I didn’t know what she meant, she rudely rolled her eyes at my and gave me my options. I have not and will not go back to this place again. Rude employees and poor customer service.

I absolutely love BD Express in Oroville. The staff is always kind and polite. LOVE their street tacos!! The food is always freshly prepared and that is why the wait is a little longer. Be patient. Quality takes time. Both locations are equally awesome and I recommend them to friends, family and out of town visitors often.

I loved this place, the food always tasted good and the people were friendly. Was disappointed the food was cold when we got home, as if it had been sitting out awhile. But tonight we got a Mac Dog and a polish dog and expecting our food to be good is a given. What was not expected is the mold on the last bite of the Mac Dog.

Pretty decent drive thru. Open 24/7 so you always can count on getting decent food anytime you are hungry Polish dogs however were overdone and rubbery tasting. My dog wouldn’t even eat them so wasted 6.99 for each one.

Late night woman are rude, disrespectful and straight up B nevermind I’ll keep it pg. Instead of listening to my order there laughing and joking and completely not paying attention. Messed my order up not once had to come back twice.. got refused a refund. Wth happened?! Downhill. For sure.

Last few times my order has been wrong and didn’t taste good. Over salted pork, over cooked beef. Today I threw my burrito away after a couple bites. Had stuff in it I asked them to keep off. Gave it multiple chances, won’t be back.

The waiting time and customer service was awesome. However, their Mac Dog was a huge let down, due to the fact that the cheese sauce was incredibly spicy. Sadly, I am the type of person that gets really sick from spicy food; Mac and cheese isn’t suppose to be spicy. The menus information gave no indication that the sauce was spicy.

I love the tacos and definitely love them their drinks. However I don’t like how they are open 24 hours but sometimes the workers will refuse to make food. Like if you don’t have enough employees to make the food well you’re open then might as well just close in the evening.
