I do not recommend ordering food from here and if you do, please check your food WELL before eating it. I ordered a simple Turkey Bacon Ranch yesterday afternoon for lunch and didn’t think I had to check my food for mold until I actually tried to eat it and tasted it. Then when I called right after and spoke to someone, they said a manager would reach out to me and they never did until TODAY, only after I had gone back into the store with the sandwich to physically show them last night when I got off work, a full 24 hours later! This is completely unacceptable, serving people food that has already begun to go bad. This is a new store and as someone who worked for and was a head shift leader for both the Port Jefferson location and the Smithtown location for 4 years previously, I’m really disgusted by this, not only by the molded food, but also the poor response time in actually making the phone call back to even attempt to rectify the situation. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE SERVING IT TO CUSTOMERS!!

This is a new Tropical Smoothie located in the same big area/park lot of the Smith Haven Mall. I think we met the owner or the manager of the store about a week ago. She was so kind and sincere and told us about all the new wraps and smoothies that they’re coming out with. They haven’t had their grand opening yet. Well… maybe they’ve had it by now. But the smoothies were delicious and the service was good. The woman (who most likely was the manager) was extremely helpful and nice and I will definitely, no doubt be going back there!!! If you live in this area, there aren’t any smoothie places close by. I think they’ll do well in this location. Good luck!

Janelle and the other staff member working last night (February 25th,2023) were awesome. My wife and I came in 20 minutes before close, and Janelle took her time to help my wife decide what she wanted. She was also not bothered at all when we added on 2 more smoothies, with one being allergen free. We had a peanut allergy, and they accommodated by offering to use an already cleaned blender in a “safe zone” 10 minutes before closing. Both staff members went above and beyond. Tasty, fresh smoothies, and excellent customer service! Will definitely be going back.

Girls behind the counter were clearly arguing and being really passive aggressive. I ordered online, my smoothie was missing. Fine, when I reminded her she sighed and gave me an attitude. And then half my ingredients on my Flatbread were missing when I got home. So dissapointing. Go to the smithtown one, they never mess my order up and I never have to wait.

Last time I came in, they messed up my order. They put one 2 of the things I ordered in the bag and were completely the wrong thing. I walk in today and the employee behind the counter is telling me that it was my fault for not checking the bag. And the general manager was standing right in front of everyone just texting on his phone not helping anybody when they have about 6 people including me in there. Ridiculous
