I always got a problem with this Popeye’s shorting me on my sides. Last time I paid for a L mashed potato, it was only filled to 1/2. The time before that they forgot my apple pies. Today, I paid $4.99 for L gravy and it was filled a little less than 2/3rd of container. Don’t charge full price if you’re not giving me full portions.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the 16pc family meal with 3 large sides. Get home and seen the box of fries looks like they were eating my fries before giving them to me and these sides are NOT large. Not to mention when I asked for HONEY I was given Bar B Q sauce. Guess that’s what happens when you have kids working the drive thru. Service and experience all together was horrible a waste of $43.29

Tried going through the drive through at 10:20pm on a Saturday and no one would answer the speaker. I was going to pull up and go inside to order but the lobby appeared to be closed. I know the drive thru was working and they were still open because when I pulled around there was one vehicle at the drive thru window and I could see three employees inside. Yet no one would take my order at the speaker OR answer the phone when I called. Maybe this is why this location isn’t getting any business on a Saturday, that should be the busiest day of the week for any restaurant.

The drive thru was fast too fast cause the food was not good at all. Ten piece tenders were hard,dry and some tiny and shriveled. They were sitting for sure and were not fresh. The rice in our red beans was crunchy in spots. They flunked miserably although the girl at the window was nice, I won’t be spending any more money there at the Hebron-Carrollton location. What the heck has happened to quality product and further more why in the name of chicken did y’all discontinue Cajun Rice????!!!!

I ordered the twelve piece ghost pepper combo and specifically asked if they could make it fresh. I even waited. I live in walking distance (but I drove) when I got home they gave me the oldest chicken ever in life and fries were cold. Check your food!!!

Stood there for over 10 minutes at the register and not one out of the 5 plus people in the restaurant said a word to me . No hey can I help u or what u need or anything. Super hungry and love the food but this place never eating here again . Very poor customer service here . Place was dirty and I watched as the dropped food on the ground so I left hungry . really disappointed

Advertised on windows and menu screens of ghost pepper wings are back! However, drive thru said NO ghost pepper wings. Waste of my time waiting for nothing. Next time please take down your advertisement if you don’t have it. I drove to another Popeyes at Trinity Mills and they didn’t have any ghost pepper wings as well. This around 8p-8:30pm. Thanks.

The 1st time I went at like 3 in the afternoon it was wonderful everything was cooked completely even gave me enough dipping sauce. Then went on a Friday night the worse they put my fries in a bag, like they took a hand full and just put it in the bag. I ordered chicken strips they gave me shrimp. Then when I called to complain the next day the manager was not apologetic she just said if you don’t have your receipt can’t help you. That should have told me right there not to go back . So yesterday I took my daughter after school she had an academic achievement award for a free Popeyes meal with purchase. Get to the window and the same manager said we were told those are fake and we can’t accept it. So I paid for our food just to get home and the chicken strips wasn’t cooked all the way was gooey. Close it down or get better managers
