You’ve got to try this food truck!! I’m super excited to have found a delicious, friendly, fast place for tacos and burritos that are nearby and prices are right! It’s about a mile north of the Winco off 503 by Silver Star Farms. I recommend the Pastor and Lengua!!

The Pastor are the best tacos I have had in a very long time. I have been a couple times now( two days in a row). We are staying in the area visiting. This place is a dream come true. I have always searched for the out of the way taco cart that’s amazing and no one really knows about it. This is that place. The service was very friendly and cheerful, even when they started getting busy. Everything we tried was wonderful. Their tacos left me feeling happy and full. Like there was sunshine in my belly. My girlfriend and I had a fight before stopping here. She ate one taco and started telling me how much she loved me. The tacos here might just be magic. Definitely saving my relationship. So do your self a favor. if you are looking for a place to eat in the area, just eat here. I will definitely be eating here every time I’m in the area. We might even drive up here from Oregon just for these tacos. That’s how good they are!

Stumbled upon this taco truck while we were the area. By far the best tacos in the Vancouver area. We had the torta with chorizo and salad with al pastor. Fantastic and fresh. The pickled carrots are phenomenal and the staff is super friendly!!

So in Vancouver, Washington we have Muchas Gracias. It is a chain of restaurants. Every Mexican I talked to is not a fan. I used to work in Portland, near Rose City Taqueria. On the lunch hour, there was a bunch of Mexican landscapers. You knew it was authentic. Same with these two food trucks.

The burritos are stacked and incredible, never seen anyone hungry after just one. Fajita burrito is my favorite, and a really unique burrito. The rest of their menu is all great too. Definitely a great place to stop in for authentic mexican.
