Food is okay. A bit pricy: $130(including tip) for 4 people for dinner. 4 drinks (1 alcoholic). I got the veggie hummus wrap and sweet potato fries (good—thick cut, crispy outside/tender inside, recommended), my older son and husband got burgers, my youngest got pasta primavera which he did not like. Service was attentive and friendly.

Attended a wedding welcome party here and the bartender on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend was severely outnumbered by the amount of guests and he was excellent. Attentive, patient, job well done.

Recently had a surprise 50th wedding anniversary there. Jim and Madison did an 5 star job!!! Food was fresh and delicious. Everyone on the team was cordial and quick. Place was busy and happening and they still made us feel welcome and took great care of us. Again, food and drinks were top notch. I recommend the 534 Bistro for a nice dinner, event, or just getting a couple of drinks.

Could not be more disappointed. After waiting for a time a gentleman came out to tell us we would probably not be seated. Then asked how large our party was. How can you know if you don’t know our size? Then you ask our party size? Then you ask us to social distance? Is it me or are the questions out of sequence? If you didn’t wish to seat us then put a sign up. You then told us you probably couldn’t seat us before 10. We then watched as three other couples were seated after a brief wait. You came out and apologized for a wait. A wait you told us could not happen??? It is now 9:31 am and we are still seeing people lining up and seated. I don’t know what it was about our group that brought this attitude but I pray it was NOT the obvious. No worries though, we will never stay here at the Hilton or eat at any of
