I don’t know how we found this little gem, because it’s tucked off behind a store, but boy am I glad we did!!!! The sweet lady working the truck was fast and super friendly! I ordered the dry rub jerk wings to be made crispy, and they were PERFECT!!! We got there at 5pm, and she’d already almost ran out of chicken for the nachos (which is a good sign that people love the chicken). She accommodated that with extra pork!!! Everything was made quickly and was delicious! We can’t wait to return!!!

I went to this place because of the stellar reviews. I gotta say, the reviews hardly do them justice. I got a lot of food because I couldn’t make up my mind. I got the oxtail and the shrimp and salmon. The portions here are so tremendous! And when I tell you this food was so delicious, I really mean it! The girls that were working there were also very pleasant and sweet. I can’t wait to come back here again. I’m ready to try everything else they have!

I must say that this woman is so amazingly talented! Her food is absolutely divine and she is one of the sweetest people my husband and I have ever came across in the food world! We ordered the Jerk Chicken ( best ive ever had in my life) plate with greens, beans and rice with the sweet plantains and the Chipotle veggie quesadilla (you can see the veggies and gooey cheese) Everything was hot and fresh and of great quality! Hands down the best around! Thank you for being so kind and your food is delish!

Definitely was not expecting some of the best Caribbean food I’ve ever had from behind a truck stop. Incredible rice&beans and pulled pork. The plantains had just the right amount of sweetness and the veggies were crisp. 10/10

Tamara gives great service! Excellent food, 3 meat plate and collard greens. Josh met me here and got the the big boy deep fried burrito! Come get you a taste of the Caribbean! Madison just took over the afternnon. Real nice place outside seating! Good prices!

Absolutely delicious shredded pork tacos with BBQ mango sauce. Cuban sandwich was large and just as good. Made to order hot and fresh! Tricky spot to find behind 75 chrome truck stop but worth it. Park out front and walk to the back left hand side of the building.
