I come to this location every single day and I have never seen an employee treat a customer bad until today. Her name is Jenna and she wear a pink headband. What frustrated me was how impatient she was with the customer in front of me. She acted like she didn’t even have the time of day to deal with someone who was trying to use a coupon on the app. That’s incredibly unprofessional. We all know how irritating the app can be when it comes to using coupon/deals. She definitely could have been more understanding and not made it seem like she had something better to do… other than that I would have given 5 stars

Horrible experience my son was told to come in for an interview for his first job, we came and the manager wasn’t even here. We called the next day she said come in and then not even a few mins she tells my son that she has alot on her plate and that’s not professional. We the people do not care if you have a lot going on business is business. Moving forward I do not recommend this location as long as Maria is manager very un professional and she is very misleading

Do not go here if you’re looking for a job. the mchire app advertised the high school team member position so I applied. I scheduled my interview but had to reschedule to a later time bc I had conflicts. mind you I have done this for the other 2 mcdonalds I’ve applied to due to my schedule conflicts and none of their managers had a problem with it.

I did order by mobile application. I went to this McDonald’s location at University Place WA. They said they didn’t receive my order. And they without confirmation can not give my order. Therefore, I did check my credit card charges and showed my email which shows my order was completed. They made me wait over 40mins. They looked at me as I tried to get free food. I am not a bagger!! I DO HAVE ENOUGH TO PAY ALL THE MENU OF ALL THE MCDONALD’S!!! McDonald’s is a cheap restaurant and very rude!

I Live near this McDonald’s and when this manager is working the ship is tight your food gets to you as ordered hot in a timely matter & the manager always has a nice smile for you.
