Beef Stew
Savory beef diced and sautéed with onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms and garlic. Its then deglazed with red wine while potatoes are added and braised in beef stock until it reaches a silky smooth gravy base. Finished with herbs, peas, and salt and pepper. One quart (32oz.).		 $12.00

Korean Kalbi Beef Bone-In Shortribs With Kimchi And Rice

Classic Bourbon Meatloaf And Braised Cabbage
Small-diced mirepoix is sautéed in oil and salt and pepper until tender. Tomato paste is added and it is all deglazed with bourbon, then cooled. Once cooled, this is added to a meatloaf mixture and baked until it gets a nice, crisp crust. Paired with braised purple cabbage. One serving (approx. 24 oz.).		 $14.00
