Horrible experience, they messed up my order and I simply came in asking them to fix it really politely. They took it to the back and just put new lids and sent it to me as if I was stupid and wouldn’t notice or they really just didn’t care. It was very disrespectful and I’ll definitely be stopping by to speak to a manager about it. Won’t be coming back at all

Employees working lack basic attention to detail. It’s understandable to mix up 1 mobile order with another, but when multiple patrons show up at the same time because all of the orders were placed in the wrong bag its a bit concerning. The worst part when we showed up to the location to get assistance the young lady helping was so confused on how to fix the problem and was ready to just let us and other customers swap wrong bags instead of remaking the orders. Im not overly concerned with the germ aspect but food could be missing, eaten, or tampered with. Not a really professional way of handling things.

I stopped in today to grab the chicken bowl! trust and believe this will be last time visiting this location! The food was OK. I’ve definitely had much much better at other locations! What really made the experience to the level of never going to ever walk in the doors again was the interaction with the employees. Rude doesn’t even cover it. And it would be different if I deserved Noonie yes. But in all in all I was in a really good mood I was very friendly yet none of that was reciprocated! Anyways long story short this place sucks! I definitely don’t feel that this is true of all chipotle locations definitely this location is not very enjoyable.

This location seems seriously understaffed. Be prepared to wait for over 20 minutes in drive-through. Don’t blame DoorDash drivers for slow delivery because I don’t think they even start making any of the food until they’re already at the window.

Chaotic environment, maybe hire more people. The employees are working hard. When they first opened I always had left over food, the burrito used to be huge. Now I am left wanting more food when I am finished. Way to make me come back again and again.

Friendly service, great food, and decent prices. I like Rubios, too, but I always feel bloated after a Rubios burrito. For taste alone, I like them equally, though Chipotle burritos never make me bloated.

Easily the worst Chipotle I’ve been to and I’ve eaten at more locations than most. Food is inconsistent. More often than not they will have you waiting 10 minutes past your pick up time. If you order a bowl to pick up, you’re probably going to have a burrito in your bag. Ive never had a good experience here. It’s actually insane how bad this location is.
