Ordered the original Runza sandwich and 2 sandwich cookies. The saws which was great but the cookies on the sandwich were unfortunately too hard even after the ice cream was starting too melt. We ordered the food to go so I can’t critique on the atmosphere inside. All in all I enjoyed the food!

Employees were very friendly and considerate however they ran out of Runza filling. They weren’t sure how long it would take to make more. They said this happens occasionally. We got a good laugh since it’s in their name. We ended up going to another location…no big deal.

Drive-thru service here has always been pleasant. Even during busy times, the food comes out quick, and always prepared to order. The staff are always smiling, and friendly, and seem to enjoy working there.
