Fresh hot food. Mac and cheese was good, fish was good, and sweet potatoes was def giving! The overall wait was long, but like they say it’s soul food not fast food. Definitely can’t wait to try the chicken wings and lamb chops. Add some corn bread to the menu !! Portion size was good I have enough to eat again for lunch.

I have been waiting for them to open since they first announced it and they did not disappoint. Their food is AMAZING!!! Definitely some of the best soul food in town, especially the mac and cheese. The owners are very nice and welcoming. I can’t wait for the grand opening. I wish them much success!!!

Drove over an hour to try Plattaking and they did not disappoint. I got the Pineapple Sweet Chili salmon tenders with mac and yams. Everything was hot, fresh and seasoned. Unfortunately they didnt have an desserts on Saturday. But hopefully I can grab a dessert on my next visit. I’ll definitely be returning.

Love love love! Darius and Tonisha know how to make real soul food. I’ve been waiting for them to open and they did not disappoint. I used them in the past for catering and my platta didn’t miss a beat from old times. My platta consisted of pineapple chili shrimp, Mac and cheese and yams!! I held the rice because already enough carbs! Highly recommend!

Their food is the best soul food I have had in Baltimore period. I have been ordering from then since they were in Delaware. My favorite sides are the Mac and cheese and yams…..when I tell you that your tastebuds will be on fire…omg. The fried chicken, fried fish, salmon, LAMB CHOPS-don’t get me started. The only other place that I have had better lamb chops was at the Gordon Ramsey restaurant in Vegas so that’s telling you something. Oh and they are not stingy with the portions either. You will not be disappointed.

i got the honey oldbay wings with mac and cheese and yams!! it was amazing the best mac and cheese i’ve ever had! i’m currently in the hospital and my family brought this for me and the food was just phenomenal! the yams were a little too sweet but regardless i still ate it all!!
