We usually have small things go wrong here (forgetting to take off pickles, or blizzards aren’t mixed very well), but the staff is always friendly and the local discount if you come back within a month is really nice. Other than strange parking and the small issues, it’s a good place to go.

Both the internet and sign on the door say the lobby is open until 8:30 PM. Arrived around 8:00 PM only to find the doors locked. Funny enough there was about 15 to 20 high school to college age kids loitering in the lobby. If I wanted to eat in the car I would have gone through the drive through in the first place and not had the common courtesy to show up early enough as to not inconvenience the staff. I guess businesses being open for the customer and not themselves is just a thing of the past. The turtle pecan blizzard was amazing though.

Awful drive-thru experience! The lady named Dreama, could not understand what I wanted to order and when I pulled forward to get my order her behavior was too disrespectful , she was rounding eyes for no reason ♂️ Despite all of this, after receiving my order, I said thank you and wished her a good day. However, without saying a word or looking at me, she closed the drive-thru window in my face.

Dining room was close for eat in. Not enough staff to open. Drove 30 minutes to eat here and no in dining. Sounds like mgmt problem to me. Hoss’s was open so we went there.

Clean. Well prepared for social distance,etc. The staff is not rushing you to order, they are patient and attend special requirement as lower sugar ice cream. If you are checking on levels of sugar this place will offer you alternatives. The product however has I believe 6grs of sugar to be considered when buying. Overall good experience.
