Every single time we come to Schlotskys, our order is messed up. This is ime we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and had to go ask were our order was. They told us they had to let people go on break so we had to wait. I ask d for my money back and will never ever be back. Worst run business I have ever felt with

Food was good, dirty tables and floors. Boxes piled in dining room. Half the sandwiches came with pickles, the others didn’t. Had to request the pickles they forgot. No pleasantries from staff, no thank you or hellos, and we were the only ones in line.

Looking online it showed opened until 8pm. We arrived shortly before 7pm and the doors were already locked. They did not let us in. Window showed lobby closes at 7pm. We left and went elsewhere since reviews were so bad for online and drive thru ordering.
