The lady at the window tonight was pleasant and quick. I ordered 2 famous bowls for me and my young kids. When she handed me the bag, she handed me the bag upright, meaning both of my bowls were on their side. I get home and half the chicken is burnt beyond crispy so both of my ill and picky eaters, didn’t eat it because “it looks yucky”. Cheers

This location doesn’t offer online orders and they don’t honor the prices on the app. The 8 piece bucket is on sale for $10.00 online AND on the app but that says that this particular location online ordering is not and when I called the restaurant they wouldn’t honor the price.

Ordered 2 Nashville hot chicken littles. Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes… Nobody in front of me. When I finally got my food, The Nashville hot sauce was on the wrapper… Not the sandwich… How’s that even happen?? The chicken was cold and no napkins in the bag… Also the drive thru window was disgusting! Could barely see through the grimy, greasy fingerprints… I’m adding photos so you can see for yourself. Oh! And when we pulled into the lot, the drive thru worker was sitting in the sidewalk at the front door playing with her phone. This location could definitely benefit from better management.

We are originally from Muscle Shoals Alabama we stop by here every time me travel to Birmingham hospital,and i would have to say we never had a bad experience here at this KFC.. Our food is always nice and HOT i mean the price is a bit high but to get that good of a food i don’t mind paying for.. The employees are always nice and helpful.. So i cant promise that your visit will be the same as mine but i will tell you its a nice place to grab food.. I sure hope you all can share the same experience i have with KFC..

Just went thru drive thru ordered chicken sandwich. It wasnt even warm and mayo was so thick was running out everywhere.i called to report and she said it was their mayo dispensers fault. They know this is an issue but refuse to fix it. Didnt offer a refund or replacement. NOT HAPPY!!!
