This is a fairly new McDonald’s so the expectations were high. However, that was a great mistake. This is the WORST MCDONALD’S EVER!!! Management has horrible customer service and the workers fall right in line. Administer staff has allowed an environment where customers and their orders are the last priority. PLEASE do not waste your time trying to eat or even go to this establishment. You will have a horrible day after visiting this miserable place of business. The owners wasted their money with this establishment by hiring unfriendly workers. Trust me….with this type of service…. nobody local will eat there.

McDonald’s was clean in the lobby area, but bathrooms needed some attention. Order the cheeseburger pack, and they told me fries did not come with the order and charged me to get an order of fries. Took over 20min to get my order for 4, and it was only 3 more customers in front of us. Even the second fry I purchased took close to 10mins to get out. The worst part,the food wasn’t even hot.

Extremely slow, you’ll be waiting at least 30 minutes to an hour on your food. Wasn’t that busy on the inside, so I’m not sure what the reasoning is. They seem more worried about drivethrough than inside dining. No drink machine, so if you want refills, good luck cause you’ll never be able to get their attention to even refill it.

We had the sweetest lady at the pickup window. My daughter saw the M and M for the McFlurry and was upset when I said no we couldn’t have them. The young lady gave my daughter a few to make her smile! Thank you for being so kind.

Don’t bother with this place. Customer service was atrocious and when I called to inquire about a refund for the wrong meal they gave me, the employee said to drive back before they “closed in 30 or 40 minutes” to get a refund or go eat there tomorrow for compensation. They could easily issue a refund with the information I gave them, but put the burden on the customer when the store messed up. I e worked tons of service industry jobs and would never treat a customer that way.

This Macdonalds has the worst staff I have ever seen. Nobody wants to do their job. They are definitely not open 24hrs. They close to the store down when they feel like it and they take longer than any restaurant to get your food out. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired immediately. They miss out on a fair amount of business because they simply do not want to work and are just lazy. The people who work there are selfish and do not care about their customers. Something needs to be changed.
