I just got the fill up box and chicken nugget was ok not very crispy. The fries was hard and stale. The chicken pieces was warm and soggy on the outside and cold on the inside. Biscuits wasn’t even hot. I’m beyond disappointed. Got this for my kids and now half of the stuff is not edible. Waste of my money…..

Uneatable! Seriously my dog didn’t even eat the food. The bun was hard as a rock, chicken was very very old, and when you pick it up and dropped it on the table, it sounded like a rock! Now I know why there was no other cars in the drive through. Please for the love of god I hope I don’t get sick off the one bite I took. Why hasn’t this place gotten shut down?! The only thing they serve is chicken and can’t even get that right! My whole family threw away the food in the trash. We will never go back to KFC! Yuck!!!!

They’ve gone back to their old ways of not cooking anything within an hour of closing. I went the other night at 9pm and was told they had 2 of my 8 pc with white meat, I told her that would be ok even tho id be paying nearly $40 for it. When I got to the window, I heard a lady in the back say she wasnt selling them and told her to tell me they only had dark meat and to blame it on the owner. I declined and left to go to Popeyes. We love kfc’s food but tired of dealing with the awful management.

This restaurant is a total mess, and none of the employees knew what they were doing. There were maybe 2 cars in the parking lot, and none in the drive-thru, but they still couldn’t keep up. I placed my order through the app to save time, and it told me my food would be ready by 7:24. I got there early, only to be told that they somehow wouldn’t even print the order until 7:24, and said they wouldn’t start making it until then. This makes no sense, since 7:24 is when they were supposed to be done making it.
