Absolutely embarrassing service. Came to pick up an UberEats order. The woman at the front, Tory, barely acknowledged my existence before taking the names of the orders I was picking up. She then proceeded to run around yelling at all her coworkers. When I had first entered, i was the only customer. A massive line formed as Tory ordered everyone to only be working on my pick ups, which should have been ready when I arrived. Not starting to be made after I asked for them. I don’t know what Torys position is but she seems horrible to work for/with. A quick pick up took 20+ minutes as she raged about the kitchen yelling at everyone within earshot of guests. To add insult to injury, people who came in after me were leaving with their orders while I still waited. Not a single person wearing gloves while working with food so that was an added bonus.

Waited 4 minutes in an empty drive thru and told to wait more. Could hear the employees talking about not wanting to be at work. This location is trash, looks like trash, food quality is trash, and employees are garbage workers. There’s a reason why McDonald’s across the street is completely full and your trash can lot and lobby is empty. Franchise owner needs to close and send these employees home which is where they want to be a according to themselves.

I really don’t know how this place is still open we pulled in the drive-thru at 9pm a minute later a girl comes on and asks me to wait ok no problem right? 10 mins go by so I say hello?!? No response so I wait another 5 mins and still no one says anything so I pull to the window there are 2 ppl standing at the bagging station the little short heavy set girl with the curly wig looks over at us and laughs then walks to the window still laughing she opens it and says yes can I help you? I ask her what her name is she said why I told her I needed her name and wanted to know why we were left at the speaker for 15 mins with no response she says ummm you were only there for 9 mins so i asked again for her name she starts laughing again and cussing at me saying no I don’t think so… and shuts the window in my face then a guy comes to the window and says are you going to order or not I told him I was going to finish my review then I will move now the little skinny girl with no hair that is in the managers shirt the same one i always see leaving the liquor store across the street buying a bottle of liquor before she walks to work is standing at the window yelling and cussing at me telling me she is calling the police on me it’s kind of funny they can leave you at the speaker for 10 to 15 mins or who knows how much longer because i pulled to the window with no response but you can’t pull up the the window and do it to them this is not the first incident with the little girl but they are all very rude and disrespectful to the customers and the wait times are ridiculous maybe put the bottle down and do your job or find another one if you really don’t like this one

Where is Burger King ever? I do not recommend waited over 40 minutes for an order. Had to get out my car open the lobby door to ask them where my order was. Staff was extremely rude again worst place ever and it’s sad because I really do love Burger King.

I give two stars for the cashier alone. Without her it would be one star. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all only three customers. The couple in front of us received the wrong items even though the cashier was very throughout with going over their order. We were next. It took almost 20 minutes to receive our complete order. We were only two people and a fairly easy order. The last customer got his food about ten minutes before us while we were waiting on ours. The manager came up front and said a few words to my husband…”whatcha need bro” uttered out of his mouth. The burger was just alright.. The onion rings tasted hours old. The windows were filthy dirty..I could go on but I’ll stop here. The cashier is the only thing this store has good.
