Great tasting local artisan pizza. I always enjoy the cauliflower crust, and my family choose different styles each visit. Their classics are Italiano, Primo, Carne, Honey Habanero, Romano and Chicken Alfredo. There is a nice array of salads as well. Don’t miss out on the frozen gelato!

If you are not familiar, this is a build and bake style pizza shop. In other words, it’s Chipotle/Subway style, where you build the pizza as you go down the line and then they toss it in the oven when you get to the end. I’ve tried another similar pizza chain, MOD pizza, and I have to say I think Firo was better, mostly because their crust was a good happy medium not too chewy, not too crunchy.

I don’t know if it was just a bad day or this is something normal but the food was not all that great. At first look pizza looks wonderful. But when I picked it up everything just fell off. And the flavor wasn’t there. We tried cheese pizza, extra cheese pizza, pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza, also a classic pepperoni and cheese pizza. The crust was thin and somewhat burnt. I’m giving the place a 3 stars due to the customer service, coming in clutch with great service. As for the food, no stars. Check out the photos and here is a menu

This pizza is always the best. Never any complaints from my family or I when I order from here. I’ve eaten here maybe 6-7 times. It’s about 10$ a pizza so for our family of 4 it was about 43$ and we sometimes get two meals out of the pizzas depending on how hungry you are. It’s also good reheated. My son says they have the best cheese pizza. I love their jalapeño popper pizza with brisket. Before I ordered the jalapeño pizza I chose a honey habanero or primo which are both delicious too. Definitely will order from here again and again. You should too if you love good pizza!
