We’ve only been here a couple times but every time we come we get the best customer service ever. The young man making the pizzas is very thorough with the way he explains the menu & options. He is friendly & professional. We love being able to make the pizzas exactly how we want them. They come out perfectly baked every time. My kids & I love coming here & we will continue to come.

Blaze Pizza in Otay Ranch area has a great location in that it is close to tons of shopping and other areas of interest. Very easy to stop in for a bite to eat. The restaurant has a good setup for customers to customize their own pizza with the various toppings available or order from their menu. The pizza was good and we really enjoyed the various lemonades and non-carbonated drinks they had available.

Make sure you bring a coat, look at the video at the end, you can’t enjoy the pizza with the AC BLASTING FULL SPEED IN YOUR FACE, make sure you order to go cuz you won’t be able to eat it there, they had this problem forever and it seems like they don’t have intentions to fix it , there was a lady with kids and kept moving them around and they finally ended living, IS THAT BAD, the pizza is ok but panera serves good pizzas across the street and there AC works normal, you can see the BLASTING AIR ON NAPKING UNTIL IT FLIES OF THE TABLE AT THE END OF VIDEO, Pay attention to this lady’s hair moving and shacking as she’s ordering, sending this video to the BBB
