It’s your friendly neighborhood McDonalds that everyone has come to know and expect. Standard service. It took 10 minutes to get my to go order, but luckily I was thoroughly entertained by the workers quarreling with each other. In the end, the paper thin burger was worth the wait.

Our favorite McDonald’s location in Topeka. Even better its closest to home. We always get fresh fries it seems. There’s only two times that I can think of where we had soggy fries. Any other time we’ve been there, they are the hottest and most crispy fries I feel like I’m going to jinx us by saying this but our order has only ever been wrong once, which they corrected. By that I mean we didn’t receive something we ordered, didn’t notice until we got home, then called, and they fixed it.

My experience at this McDonald’s while not perfect was enjoyable to say the least. The food is absolutely delicious, employees are very friendly chill and work in a timely fashion and the food was actually fresh. Now I will have you know this isn’t my first time at this location. Years ago the food was in terrible quality as it was obvious the food would sit out and it was only heated up but whatever change was made from then to now is tremendous. I just wish the dollar menu would come back. Also I ordered a chocolate chip frappe instead of a caramel frappe but I’m not picky as the food quality improvement was worth the trip especially the spicy chicken sandwiches. Some spicy nuggets to go with it would make it even better. I will definitely be coming here more often

Horrible experience. I came in and waited for them to take my order. Nobody came, so I placed my order on the kiosk. I got 2 large drinks, a water bottle and 2 fudge sundaes. Simple order, no need for a grill. They didn’t acknowledge my order or my presence. There was an issue with my order and they still didn’t talk to me about it. But I could hear them discussing it. Then they forgot to give me my drink cups, and after that they still didn’t give me my water bottle. It took over 10 minutes for them to hand me 3 items and dispense 2. Would not recommend.

Not only did they mess up my mobile pick up when I went inside to get my over half missing order they ignored me standing there for over 10 minutes. During those 10 minutes I watch an employee eat out of a customers fry container then hand it to the customer. After finally getting someone to help me and reiterating multiple time what I was missing, they still forgot items. After watching them eat other peoples food I decided to take my loss as they were irritated and I didn’t want my food spit on. I definitely won’t be ordering here again.
