I’ve been ordering them for years now & now when I order from them I keep finding hair in with the rice & I thought it was mine but it’s not. Whoever is prepping the rice either tie your hair up or get a hair net cause its constantly.!

Was visiting my parents and ordered from here. Not only did it take an hour a half to get the food but when we opened up the beef fried rice we found a cockroach in the rice. Immediately called them and they had their delivery guy come back and refund us and took all the food back to show the kitchen. Will NEVER EVER order from here again.

I’m coming on here to change my review- it was 4 stars but tonight our food took 2 hours to get here, when we were told it would be 30 minutes. I understand that places get busy but for it to take 1 and a half hours longer than what they told me is unacceptable…furthermore this is the THIRD TIME IN A ROW that this has happened! I’ll be looking for a new Chinese takeout place from now on, which is a shame because the food is decent.

WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN. Have been ordering from here for more than 20 years. Ordered take-out for 6 tonight. Realized they left one order out so we drove back to the restaurant but they would not make it right. They added up the total and new they were wrong but still would not admit they charged me for food they did not provide. AND they admitted they now charge a “small” delivery fee on every item even though they are not currently delivering.
