If I could give zero stars I would. I have gone here twice now both times my order got messed up even with one being a correction order! I ordered 4 breakfast platters with Bacon. To start the amount of eggs they put it there literally took my 5 year old 3 bites to finish, the hash browns were soggy and gross. Then to top it off they literally forgot a whole breakfast platter, I was so disappointed with the first experience on-top of the remake order being so disappointing as the first I didn’t even bother to go back for the fourth platter. Ontop of that everything was cold and I’m absolutely dumbfounded on how hard it was to count to 4 and I DO NOT RECOMMEND A BURGER FROM THIS JACK! I can not stress enough that the burger was dry and there was more condiments as if they tried to cover the fact that the burger was dry and this was the remake order from the first time they messed up and burnt what little eggs they gave us. Will never visit this Jack again for sure!

Let’s see my experience…hummm…it sucked to be quite frank…your staff is uneducated in the menu and what you have to offer. When asked about the egg rolls I was told “uh I don’t know I can’t eat fast food”. Was not interested in the diet habits of your staff however I did try to redirect her attention back toward us, the customers, but apparently not hard enough bc she didn’t bother to put napkins, sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce in the bag. If we do decide to return we know to check the bag before we leave for our 2 hour drive back home.

I would have rated this zero stars if I could. This jack is by far the slowest, most unorganized location I have ever been to. It took 25 minutes to get 2 tacos and 2 breakfast Jack’s and they weren’t even fresh. They had no clue what they were doing with their drive thru orders. I watched 3 people check the same bag 3 different times each. They completely ignored anyone inside waiting for food and instead focused on the drive thru. Don’t waste your time and money here.
