Hands down THE BEST plant based meal I’ve EVER had in my life!!! I had the vegan oxtail which came with cabbage, Mac & cheese and cornbread! The seasoning, smell, taste and texture was PERFECT!!! The meal was fresh, savory and I felt energized after eating. The peach cobbler and the chlorophyll lemonade was also on point!!! As a person with food sensitivities, I appreciated that I was able to enjoy a healthy meal without feeling pain or sluggish after eating! I highly recommended this business and will support again without hesitation! Thank you!!!

Chef Smith loves to share his knowledge of his culinary masterpieces. He is easy to talk to as well. I always get the chicken Savior and the potato wedges, but this time I decided to try something different. I had the 4 tacos, and they were awesome! I could only eat 2 of them at a time because they were so stuffed. I went to the temporary Memphis location, so the wait wasn’t long at all. Chef Smith’s cooking is no joke! I can’t decide if my favorite meal is the Tacos or the Chicken sandwich! But you can’t go wrong either way. Not to mention, his loaves of bread with homemade vegan butter are my comfort food. I always look forward for Fridays over at Oakwood Farmers Market. Getting to see Chef Smith’s smiling face and the best vegan plate you will EVER eat!

The brunch burrito was excellent, the best I’ve had in a really long time! Sometimes vegan breakfast burritos can be bland and dry; not here. The burrito was full of flavor. There was a delicious creamy sauce that added to the well seasoned tofu and breakfast potatoes, loved the fresh spinach to balance the richness. My tastebuds and tummy thank you! Check this place out, it’s great!

Rocket City Eats
We found out about Heavens Healthy Kitchen on Instagram and decided to give it a try as we were looking for ways to reduce our cholesterol. We tried one of his fried chicken sandwiches made from wheat gluten and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor and texture of the sandwich made it easy to accept this meat substitute as we are not vegans. This sandwich was paired with some heavenly mashed potatoes. It is great to see more vegan friendly meals here in the Rocket City!
