Good views and good food, and that is where it ended. Drinks were not good, especially the old fashioned and the customer service was non-existent. The guy on the table next to us returned his drink because it was so bad. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a restaurant in a very long time. We checked in and got a drink while we waited for our table. Asked the waitress a question on the menu, she never returned to answer it. We were there for 1 1/2 hours and our waitress came by once to tell us they were out of some items we ordered. When the food arrived, she didn’t know what dish was which item or who ordered it. She still never asked if we needed anything any of the 2 times she visited. We were never able to get another drink since she was a ghost until she brought the bill. Went upstairs to the bar to get my own drink and waited for 10 minutes and finally asked nicely if I could get a drink, bartender said be right there, after 15 minutes she still didn’t come over so I decided I wasn’t giving this place another dime of my money and ate my food. I do not plan to give them anymore business in the future.

Great place. Highly recommend. It’s a fairly typical menu for bar in the area but the food was better than average. We had burgers and an appetizer. All good. Excellent service from our waitress who also doubled as the bartender.

The menu and pictures pulled us in, and we were not disappointed!! We ate upstairs and had a fantastic view of the river with great drinks and entrées! Old Fashioneds, Walleye, and Tenderloin to be exact. Understand there is a downstairs dining room where the soup and salad bar are located. Your patience will be rewarded!

Our Headwaters Corvette Club had a day drive and we stopped at Crab n Jack’s for lunch. They were so accommodating and friendly! The meals we awesome and priced very reasonable too. The views out the windows of the wolf river were great I could have sat there all day and enjoyed the view . I highly recommend this as a stop for lunch!!! Thank you Crab n Jack’s!!!

We attended a wedding dinner. Fantastic! Delicious charcuterie table to snack on after service. The salmon was to die for! along with the steak others commented. The service was impeccable! We’ve visited on other occasions and have always been looking forward to coming back!

I was more than satisfied with the food and service. Everything we ordered was made fresh. I would really give more starts if I could. The owners and the staff were friendly and went above an beyond to provide excellent service. They made us feel like family. Perfect place for a weekend getaway , they have newly renovated hotel rooms on the property overlooking the Wolfe river and onsite water rafting rentals.
