Went to get the new Ribeye sandwich a week and a half ago. Aprox 2 in the afternoon.. They were all out. Said they would substitute the regular roast beef. No price change though.

Went here to try the Wagyu burger. The service was good. The burger itself was not all that great. It was so greasy which is disappointing. The burger was built nice though and hot.

To me the perfect roast beef sandwich is just handful of meat slapped onto a bun, sliced paper thin. My son calls at meat heaven. Some stores make it a little too thick and the meat’s in layers, like a deli sandwich. If I wanted a deli sandwich, I go to a deli. This store did it perfectly.

Pretty sad that all you fast food workers want to make all this extra money but don’t know the 1st thing about customer service! girl at the window should be scrubbing toilets instead of talking to customers! Lucky your roast beef is slightly better then sub par or id never come back to Arby’s ever again…………over a year later here we are again worst service ever

Went through the drive thru and got the limited-time rib sandwich, and a strawberry and cream pie. The rib sandwich was very soft and tender, but had VERY little BBQ sauce on it. When eating a rib sandwich with BBQ sauce, I am expecting to have to wipe sauce from my face at least once before finishing the sandwich… I didn’t even use one napkin for my fingers and mouth combined. The flavor of the tender rib meat, combined with the soft bun was enough to carry the sandwich without the correct amount of sauce. The strawberry and cream pie tasted deep-fried and had a nostalgic taste to it that almost reminded me of the old school fried apple pies from the place with the golden arches. I definitely recommend both the rib sandwich and the strawberry and cream pies before they are gone, but I would ask for extra BBQ sauce on the side
