When I receive my order, the food is good. All the times I have ordered delivery they never deliver to my address, today even! I have the building number in the delivery address AND the notes even. Don’t recommend ordering delivery from here because you never receive it (especially living in an apartment) and when you call about an order that shows delivered but you never received, it never fails you WILL get hung up on. Either order in store or from a completely different location

Worst experience. Will not ever use this Jimmy John’s again. After I placed an order on doordash a worker at Jimmy John’s called and told me they had no control over canceling or not canceling deliveries on the door dash app and they wpuld not be takingany more deliveries tonight. So then I was told that my money would be returned in 3 to 5 business days. Not sure how any of this is my fault but he responded with, so yeah. Also gave me a we need to have our closing duties done at a certain time. So now the money I set aside for doing something fun or eating out during this pay period will not be back in my account until Wednesday or Friday because today is after hours on Friday. Super disappointed, was not even given the option to come in and just pick up the food. I definitely hung the phone up on the person, not very mature but I was annoyed and discussed.

order on app 9/1/2022 709 pm 6 sandwiches $48. for pick up. 735 pm JJ calls states they ran out of bread, but would be ready in 1/2 hr more.I called 812pm stated it would be another hour, got mad at ( Speedy Service), they hung up. I called back, spoke to so called manager, who repeatedly lied to me, claimed the food was being made now, when 5 minutes earlier female said would not be ready for a hr. asked when the owner would be in refused, claimed he was sick i demanded my order be canceled 1 hr 20 min after be placed and not even started, because they ran out of bread? Don’t lie, do your job, your store never again…

I just want to share how unbelievably helpful this staff was to me, I went in at about 730 pm, and one of the workers was getting screamed at over the phone, there was only three other people working and they let me know that they were out of bread but they were cooking some bread as fast as they could, and I kind of figured they were because when I walked in, I could immediately smell the fresh bread being baked. although I wasn’t able to get my sandwiches until the bread was done baking. I felt bad for the workers getting yelled at over the phone, because I heard lots of profanity from the phone and I hope that the workers don’t have to deal with that again.
